Why we use your data

• To respond to your request (contact form, quote request, call request) and follow it up. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• To email you the detailed report of your income simulation, or our guide, and to contact you about it. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
• To measure website audience (Google Analytics 4) and the performance of our advertising (Google Ads, Meta Pixel). Legal basis: your consent through the cookie banner.

What data

Depending on the form: name, email address, telephone number (required for a call request, optional otherwise), message, characteristics of your property and simulation answers (town, property type, number of bedrooms, pool, rental mode), and the date on which you gave your consent.

Who has access

Provence Privilege, and the technical providers that process this data on its behalf: hosting (Vercel, certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), database (Supabase, data in Ireland, contracting entity in Singapore, standard contractual clauses), email delivery (Resend, data stored in the United States, certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), customer relationship management (HubSpot, EU data centre in Germany; contracting entity HubSpot France S.A.S. for a customer established in France), audience and advertising measurement (Google, certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, joint controller for the data collected by the Pixel, which transfers this data to the United States to Meta Platforms, Inc., certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Your data is not sold to third parties. When data is processed outside the European Union, these transfers are covered by the safeguards indicated above.

For how long

3 years from your last contact with us. After that, your data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and you may withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting what was done before).
